Coverage must be clarified

ANGWATT’s emails first quoted a one-year warranty and later six months. EcoDrive therefore does not advertise a confirmed commercial warranty duration. The coverage, responsible seller and handling process must be provided in writing before a future sale.

How to ask for help

Contact ecodrivelietuva@gmail.com with the model, order reference and fault description. The supplier has requested an order number and a fault video for after-sales support. We can explain the appropriate way to share the video. Do not send private payment information.

Consumer rights

A manufacturer’s commercial warranty is additional to applicable legal consumer rights. Supplier return restrictions do not by themselves remove those rights. No repair centre, spare-parts stock or particular repair time is promised by this website.
