Before a future purchase
The confirmed offer must explain the seller, cancellation/withdrawal process, return destination, return costs and warranty arrangements that apply. A supplier’s defect-only return statement is not presented as a restriction on applicable consumer rights.
Contact and safe transport
For a complaint or a future return, contact EcoDrive with your reference and a description. Battery-powered scooters need suitable transport arrangements; do not send a battery or scooter to an address without confirming the correct recipient and safe shipping instructions. This practical request does not remove applicable withdrawal rights.
